We have been collecting ancient artifacts for years, and appreciate the valuable help of the knowledgeable honest people who guide us in our decisions about items we add to our collection.

Authentication of origins involves comparing a piece with known examples, consulting acknowledged authorities, referencing written sources, historic and modern.

In preparing for identification, we sort specimens into primary likely regions, then determine the likely time of manufacture and use, via time periods. The intersection of these factors presents a reasonable perspective of likely origins.

We offer beads and artifacts from the ancient world, that originate from three main cultural regions: Egypt, The Near East (or Eastern Mediterranean), and Central Asia.

These are the areas where the earliest civilizations bloomed, cities were built, populations prospered, and remarkable art and artifacts were produced.
